Coast Guard to Partner with VoiceBrain on AI Research Project

The US Coast Guard plans to enter into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with VoiceBrain to test AI multicast overlays on operational communication platforms. The Coast Guard is soliciting public comment on the proposal and invites other federal agencies to consider participating.
