Air Plan Approval; New Jersey; Memorandum of Agreement To Address NOX SIP Call Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a revision to New Jersey's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that includes a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) to address nitrogen oxides (NOX) SIP call requirements. This action is in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
