Lennar Homes Receives Permit Application for Florida Residential Development

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Lennar Homes for an incidental take permit to construct a mixed-density residential development in Polk County, Florida, which may be eligible for a categorical exclusion under the NEPA.
