EPA Extends Compliance Deadline for Trichloroethylene under TSCA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the compliance deadline for the use of Trichloroethylene (TCE) as a processing aid in nuclear fuel manufacturing to September 15, 2028, and December 18, 2026 for disposal to wastewater.
