EPA Lodges Proposed Consent Decree Under CERCLA for Contaminated Site Cleanup

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) for the cleanup of contaminated sites. The EPA has submitted the proposed consent decree for public comment.
