EPA Proposes Renewable Fuel Standard Rule Changes for 2026 and 2027

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed rule changes to the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) program, including new volumes and percentage standards for four categories of renewable fuel, effective for 2026 and 2027, and addressing small refinery exemptions (SREs) granted for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
