DEA Administrator to Assume Additional Authority

The Department of Justice is reassigning certain functions and authority to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) under the authority of the Controlled Substances Act, with the DEA Administrator now holding the delegated authority previously held by the Attorney General.
