Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation Final Rule on Asset Allocation

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation amends its regulation on Allocation of Assets in Single-Employer Plans to prescribe interest assumptions for valuing benefits, effective for plans with valuation dates of October 31, 2025-January 30, 2026.
