EPA Approves Delaware's Clean Air Act Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware to address Clean Air Act requirements for a Basic vehicle emissions inspection and maintenance program in New Castle County, part of the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Atlantic City Nonattainment Area.
