Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Permit Application for Residential Development in Florida

The Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Prince Poinciana LLC for an incidental take permit to construct a single-family residential development in Polk County, Florida, which may be eligible for a categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act.
