EPA Proposes Approval of Ohio State Implementation Plan for Volatile Organic Compounds Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submittal from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) that sets a limit of 5.9 pounds of volatile organic compounds per gallon for a life raft manufacturing plant in Ohio.
