Air Plan Approval; New York; Update to Materials Incorporated by Reference

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the regulatory materials incorporated by reference into the New York State Implementation Plan (SIP), which were previously submitted by the New York Department of Environmental Conservation (NYDEC) and approved by the EPA. The update affects the materials available for public inspection at the EPA Regional Office.
