NSCC Extends Time for Commission Action on Proposed Rule Change

The National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) has extended the time for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to take action on its proposed rule change to amend the CNS Fails Charge in the NSCC rules.
