DOT/FMCSA Renames and Updates System of Records Notice

The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is renaming and updating its National Consumer Complaint Database system to enhance complaint collection and response, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
