Air Plan Approval; GA; Updates to the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GA EPD) on July 18, 2024, updating the State's Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) emissions trading programs. The revision aligns with the Clean Air Act (CAA or Act).
