EPA Approves Changes to Georgia State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Georgia State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Environmental Protection Division (GA EPD), removing emissions statements requirements and updating permit by rule regulations, as part of the Clean Air Act (CAA) approval.
