EPA Extends Deadline for Steam Electric Power Plants to Submit Notice of Planned Participation

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is extending the deadline for existing steam electric power plants to decide whether to submit a notice of planned participation for the permanent cessation of coal combustion subcategory under the 2024 Supplemental Steam Electric Reconsideration Rule.
