SEC Grants Conditional Exemptive Relief from Consolidated Audit Trail Requirements

The SEC has granted conditional exemptive relief from certain requirements of the Consolidated Audit Trail, allowing certain exchanges to delay implementation of Rule 613 of Regulation NMS. This relief is pursuant to Section 36(a)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
