U.S. Parole Commission Finalizes Rules for District of Columbia Offenders

The U.S. Parole Commission has promulgated final rules to implement the District of Columbia Equitable Street Time Credit Amendment Act of 2008, allowing for more flexible parole laws for DC offenders and aligning them with similar U.S. Code parole laws.
