Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone in New York Harbor

The US Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone in the Upper Bay of New York Harbor to protect personnel, vessels, and the environment from high-speed law enforcement vessels during a security training exercise.
