FAA Accepts Means of Compliance for Small Unmanned Aircraft Operations Over Human Beings

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has accepted a means of compliance for Small Unmanned Aircraft (sUA) Category 2 and Category 3 operations over human beings, as proposed by Aerial Vehicle Safety Solutions Inc. (AVSS), with the document dated January 7, 2025.
