U.S. Customs and Border Protection Modifies National Customs Automation Program Test

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated its National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test to require electronic payment of supplemental duty bills via Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) for test participants.
