DEA Finalizes Rule on Foreign Chain of Distribution for Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine, and Phenylpropanolamine

The Drug Enforcement Administration is finalizing a rule requiring importers of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine to provide information on the foreign chain of distribution of these chemicals from manufacturers to importers, as mandated by the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005.
