Indigo Ag, Inc. Exemption from Tolerance Requirement for Priestia megaterium Strain SYM36613

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Priestia megaterium strain SYM36613 in food commodities, following a petition from Indigo Ag, Inc. under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
