FHWA Receives Application from MaineDOT for Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program Participation

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has received an application from the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) to participate in the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program, which allows states to assume environmental responsibilities for federal highway projects. The public is invited to comment on the application and proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between FHWA and MaineDOT.
