Notice on Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Lease Sales

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has published a list of restricted joint bidders for Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas lease sales from November 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026. This restriction is due to the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975 and BOEM's regulatory restrictions on joint bidding.
