EPA Proposes Amendments to PFAS Reporting Regulation Under TSCA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing changes to the Toxic Substances Control Act regulation for reporting and recordkeeping requirements of perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), aiming to maintain important reporting while exempting less known activities.
