EPA Extends Transition Period for New Product Schedule Listing

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising the transition date for products listed on the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP) Product Schedule, extending it from December 12, 2025, to June 10, 2026, for certain agent categories.
