EPA Solicits Public Comments on Proposed Extension of Oil Pollution Act Facility Response Plans Information Collection

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comments on its proposed extension of the Oil Pollution Act Facility Response Plans (Renewal) information collection, which is currently set to expire on May 31, 2026, and is now seeking a 60-day extension for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
