EPA Approves Arizona's Yuma Ozone Nonattainment Area Redesignation Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Arizona's Yuma Maintenance Plan, redesignating the area from nonattainment to attainment for the 8-hour ozone NAAQS promulgated in 2015, and approving motor vehicle emissions budgets for 2020, 2030, and 2037.
