EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Plan Redesignation and Maintenance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Pennsylvania's redesignation of the Beaver County nonattainment area to attainment and its maintenance plan for the 2010 1-hour primary sulfur dioxide national ambient air quality standard, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
