EPA Approves Michigan Air Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Michigan's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) on March 8, 2022, which update minor New Source Review (NSR) rules to exempt certain processes and equipment from preconstruction permit requirements.
