The Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management at the Department of Energy has received a notice from Rio Grande LNG, LLC, Rio Grande LNG Train 4, LLC, and Rio Grande LNG Train 5, LLC, detailing a change in control of Rio Grande LNG's upstream ownership, filed on October 22, 2025.
