DHS Announces FY 2026 Inflation Adjustments to Certain Immigration Fees

The Department of Homeland Security is adjusting immigration-related fees for inflation, as required by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (HR-1), with the exception of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record applications.
