Notice of Cancellation of the Environmental Impact Statement for the Criminal Alien Requirement 9

The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), has decided to discontinue preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Criminal Alien Requirement 9 project (CAR 9), a project that was previously planned but has now been cancelled.
