Glufosinate; Pesticide Tolerances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established, modified, and revoked tolerances for residues of glufosinate, a pesticide, on rice and tea commodities. BASF Corporation submitted a petition to EPA requesting a maximum permissible level for glufosinate residues on these commodities.
