EPA Proposes Approval of DC Air Quality Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve negative declarations submitted by the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment (DCDOEE) regarding the absence of certain air pollution facilities in the District of Columbia. The declarations were submitted on July 19, 2024, and August 28, 2024.
