EPA Proposes Approval of Rhode Island's Regional Haze State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Rhode Island's regional haze state implementation plan revision, submitted on March 7, 2025, as satisfying requirements under the Clean Air Act and EPA's Regional Haze Rule. The plan addresses visibility protection in mandatory Class I Federal areas.
