PHMSA Withdraws Proposed Rule to Increase Hazardous Materials Registration Fees

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has withdrawn its proposed rulemaking that would have increased registration fees for certain hazardous materials transporters, reversing a plan to raise fees for persons who transport, or offer for transportation, specific categories and quantities of hazardous materials.
