DEA Updates Table of Excluded Nonnarcotic Products to Include Nasal Decongestant Inhalers

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is updating its list of nonnarcotic products, adding the Nasal Decongestant Inhaler/Vapor Inhaler containing Levmetamfetamine, manufactured by Classic Pharmaceuticals, LLC, which can be sold over the counter without a prescription.
