SEC Initiates Proceedings on ICE Clear Credit LLC's Clearing Agency Registration Application

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has initiated proceedings to determine whether to grant or deny ICE Clear Credit LLC's application for registration as a clearing agency under Section 17A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
