ICE Extends Public Comment Period for Form I-352, Immigration Bond Information Collection Request

The Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is extending the public comment period for the Information Collection Request (ICR) for Form I-352, Immigration Bond, without change. The original 60-day comment period ended on November 2, 2025, and an additional 30-day extension has been granted.
