FMCSA Requests Public Comment on Agri-Tech Aviation Exemption Application

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on Agri-Tech Aviation, Inc.'s application to allow CLP holders who have passed the CDL skills test to drive CMVs without a CDL holder in the passenger seat.
