Agency Information Collection Activities; Reinstatement, Without Change, of a Previously Approved Collection: ICE Mutual Agreement Between Government and Employers (IMAGE)

The Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is submitting an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on August 18, 2025. ICE received no comments during the initial 60-day comment period.
