California Department of Water Resources Seeks Incidental Take Permit for Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetle

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced receipt of an application from the California Department of Water Resources for an incidental take permit to take the federally threatened valley elderberry longhorn beetle during vegetation maintenance activities along California levees.
