AHRQ Requests OMB Approval for CAHPS HCBS Survey Extension

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is seeking OMB approval to extend the CAHPS HCBS Survey Database for three more years, without changes, from its current approval date of January 3, 2023.
