US Regulates Subsidence Controls for Underground Mines

The US Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has lifted the suspension of regulations related to subsidence controls for underground mines, revising the Federal regulations to remove paragraphs on rebuttable presumptions of causation for damage to non-commercial buildings and residential structures.
