Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Calendar Year 2026 Home Health Prospective Payment System (HH PPS) Rate Update

This final rule updates Medicare home health payment rates, recalibrates case-mix weights, and finalizes changes to the Home Health Quality Reporting Program and the expanded Health Value-Based Purchasing Model, among other updates to Medicare and Medicaid policies.
