EPA Lodges Proposed Consent Decree Under CERCLA for Contaminated Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) for a contaminated site, as part of a settlement agreement with the site's responsible parties.
