OSMRE Approves Part of West Virginia Regulatory Program

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has approved 12 amendments to the West Virginia regulatory program, making changes to the state's coal mining and reclamation laws, as well as its state code and rules.
